#14 NBPM - Randomness

I seriously love me some sports movies. I also seriously love me som Matthew McConaughey inspirational monologues in his Texas twang. Put the two together and you have We Are Marshall, a heart-warming underdog football movie that stole my heart.

There's also a hot Matthew Fox (aka Charlie from Party of Five; Dr. Jack Shepherd from Lost).

Speaking of a Doctor Shepherd...my last two discs of Grey's Season 3 arrived today. Too tired to view any episodes tonight, but I feel a marathon coming on tomorrow. Luckily, I've been training.

I am now going to bed early, as is my M.O. since I've been sick. Feeling better, but it's not quite game over just yet.

Ooh. P.S. I ran into Aaron again today. He and his friend Chris were riding their Razor and skateboard respectively in the middle of the road. They had been to 7/11 to buy slurpees. We chatted about video games, Transformers, and Heroes. Then I told them not to ride their toys in the street. As adolescent boys are prone to do, they totally ignored me and zipped off down the lane going the wrong way.

What's that...? You want more YouTube clips from the Bright Eyes show on Saturday? Oh, alright. Here's one of my top 10 favorite songs, "We Are Nowhere and It's Now," and Conor doing the classic Conor thing of varying the words and tempo so that the crowd can't quite sing along.
