I have to admit, I was pretty attached to the original "nik's notes" layout. I have considered updating it a few times over the past couple of years, but nixed the idea because I just plain liked it the way it was. If it ain't broke....
Despite my love for the o.g. orange scheme, every girl needs a makeover once in awhile, a new color of lip gloss, a new shade of eye shadow, a fresh coif. So here we are with the new "look." I'm still not 100% sure this will be the end product of nik's notes 2008 edition, and I may tinker with the paint colors a bit...but it's definitely time to freshen up the ole blog.
Fear not, though, I've got the orange safe and sound in Blogger's archives, just in case I ever feel the need to go retro.
Update: Ok, I really, really want to move the sidebar shit over to the left side. At this point I'm not sure whether it's because I just truly like it better there or because it seems impossible to do and I want to figure out how it's done. At any rate, I need it on the other side...like, I may not be able to rest easy until it happens. HELP! Suggestions? Tips? Am I SOL?

go into the css code and change "#sidebar" from float: right to float:left.
hopefully it is that easy but i really doubt it. i've always had problems with that stuff.
