Screw It

Ok, due to the early onset of writer's block, I'm going to bite the bullet and give this a go: theme.

I'm going to write for the entire month of November, every day, and the goal is to stick to one theme.

The theme is. . .drumroll please. . .

SPORT

I am well aware that this theme may cost me my entire readership, but stick with me. I think I may have a couple of tricks up my sleeve.

The requisite writing about sport today shall consist of the new Top 25 polls for college football. USAToday and AP both have Alabama at the top, with Penn State and Texas Tech switching places to round out the top 3, as the "major" league undefeateds (did I just make up that word?). Florida comes in at #4 in the AP poll, and #5 in the USAToday poll, behind Oklahoma.

Basically, if Penn State or Texas Tech loses and Florida meets and beats Alabama in the SEC Title game. . .there's a very real possibility Florida could find its way in the National Championship.

I will now go cross my fingers and figure out how to perform hexes.
