The final count was 34 pages, 249 footnotes (and revising that shit is not fun, I swear). And about the footnotes - this is legal writing's version of citing sources, and you have to cite EVERYTHING, so basically it means I have just over 250 sentences in the whole damn thing (which somehow doesn't seem quite right. hmm. I suppose there were a few of my own thoughts...).
As a reward I talked Jeff into coming to see M:I3 with me and then grabbing dinner and a margarita at the Mexican place down the street. I know, I know, M:I3, but ya'll, it was pretty good and also PERFECT for entertaining my exhausted brain. While Tom may have gone psycho-crazy in the real world, I can't help it, he's good at what he does and frankly, still prett-y damn hot when he's in his onscreen hero-character mode. It was also nice to see Felicity kick some ass - I'd be happy if this movie revived her career, because I love Keri Russell. And Jonathan Rhys-Meyers, he's not so hard on the eyes either. Overall, better than M:I2 but not as good as the first one.
I can't wait to tell you all about my new favorite tv show, but I have to start my job at the public defender's office tomorrow and I think I probably need to go iron some damn pants and use my magic HP wand to conjure up a blouse.
Professor, I'm sending these cats after you if you give me a crap grade!
