Greetings, Faithful Readership:
I have asked Jeff to post this notice informing you that I will be at the beach (St. Augustine) until late next week, and will therefore be taking a brief sabbatical from the site.
Jeff is not with me. He will remain in Charlottesville, far away from any respectable ocean, while I enjoy my sweet sweet vacation without him. Sure, I will think about him from time to time, and perhaps even call him occasionally, but let's face it - who has time for sympathy when there's sun to soak in, free meals to eat, waves to body surf, and books to read at a leisurely pace?
On the other hand, I do wish I had internet access down here so I could religiously read his brilliant blogs Notes From the Muck and the recently launched CineMuck. Oh how I love to spend my afternoons diving into those comment sections and enaging in discourse on all manner of topics.
