I did 10 problems. I got 70% correct. This is generally a respectable bar score.
I then proceeded to do 25 more problems. I got 40% correct.
If, as I contemplated, I had quit after the first problem set, I would've had a great day at the pool.
Now, not only am I drowning in the misery of my tort skills, but it looks like it might rain and then I can't go for the run/swim I had scheduled. :(

Ick. I admire you for your fortitude studying. Maybe you need to quit studying for the bar and head to the bar.
believe me ash, my time these days is HEAVILY skewed in terms of being AT the bar instead of studying FOR it. whoops. trust me, that problem set definitely was a big red flag that i need to shift the balance ASAP or my ass is going to be unemployed in my parents' basement...of course that didn't stop me from going down the river in a tube all day Saturday, did it?
