Life's a Beach

Yesterday Masala made his first visit, hopefully of many, to the beach.

Yes, that's sand on his cute little nose.

Unfortunately, it was windy and a little chilly, so we couldn't get all the way in the water, but I did introduce it to him a little bit. He wanted to run away from the waves, but I was a meanie and forced him to stand in the water. Rich said I was a horrible person - but later on Masala was totally unafraid, so it seems there was some method to my madness.

Quick - someone call Dog Protective Services - this bitch is trying to kill me!

Since the water was too cold, we played in the sand instead. I can't tell you how funny it is to dig a giant hole, place puppy into the hole, and then watch puppy try to crawl out.

See, she can't drown me, so she's trying to bury me alive.

I've got a movie of him digging, which I'll try to post later, so you can really see him in action!

More photos to come...(I'm at work, computer not cooperating).

ok, maybe I spoke too soon. Seems you've been sucked into the Real World and aren't updating your faithful readers regularly or at the very least appeasing us with more adorable pictures. . .
