I'm not sure who I love more: Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, or Christopher Nolan. Alls I know is that The Dark Knight is pretty fabulous. I'll let the critics enunciate the how and the why of all this; suffice it to say that I found it thoroughly entertaining and mesmerizing. Exactly what the doctor ordered for the summertime blues.
(Really, the only thing I would change is more shots of Christian Bale with his shirt off.)

I also was quite entertained. The movie is long, but it didn't feel like it. As much as I love Christian Bale, I have to say that (for me) Heath Ledger totally stole the show. Unbelievable.
Can't wait to see it! I think my intern and I are going to go - because that's who I hang with - my 21-year-old intern.
